The equinox is here, light and dark, balanced for just a small moment in time, and then the shift begins, the nights get longer, the days pull back. it feels like an ending, but it's really just a normal change to the story.

Here's the thing about balance, it's not about everything staying the same, it's about moving with what's happening. Knowing when to push forward and when to pause, to know what's worth keeping, and what's ready to go.

So as the season changes, maybe take a real look at your own life. What have you actually done? What still needs your attention? and ... this is the hard one ... what are you holding onto just because it feels safe?
