The title of my painting is Goat of Mendes, done in 1982. It was inspired by both the infamous Éliphas Lévi Baphomet drawing published in Dogme et Rituel de la Haute Magie, 1856, and its face by a work of Austin Osman Spare which appeared on the cover of MAN, MYTH & MAGIC. I thought it would be fun to do my own version of this classic image. It was first published as the frontispiece for my book The Satanic Scriptures in 2007.

In honor of Magus Gilmore's 62nd Birthday, we are releasing this amazing piece as a full size print in multiple configurations.

To start, because of its adult nature, you must be 18 years or older to purchase this print. By Purchasing this print you confirm you are at least 18 years old. The actual product will not contain the "Censored" graphics you see here.

This art print is the same size as the original painting, 20" x 24" and comes in two print formats. The first option is a "Luster Canvas" print which is most like the original with vivid colors and a canvas texture. The second option is a "Vivid Metallic", which has a glossy finish and metallic appearance that gives the print exceptional visual interest and depth. 

There are two mounting options for these prints. You can order just the print, which you can frame yourself or with the print mounted to a 3mm (1/8") thick cored metal sheets, which are highly durable and warp-resistant. The metal mounted print comes with a PVC Float Block for easy hanging wherever you like.

Shipping & Return

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You should expect to receive your refund within one weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days).
PLEASE NOTE: Personally Engraved items cannot be returned.
If you need to return an item, simply email us your order number and details of what you would like to return. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
